Chicken Shinwari karahi | Chicken Karahi Dhaba Style | Karahi | recipe by chef tamana's kitchen
- Ingredients:
- 700g Chicken (Karahi cut)
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Black pepper (crushed)
- 5g Ginger (julienne)
- 10g Green chilies
- 4 Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Oil
- Directions:
- In a pan heat oil, add garlic and cook until golden brown.
- Add chicken and tomatoes, cover the lid and let it simmer on low flame for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Mix it well and add salt, black pepper and green chilies.
- Let it cook for 5 minutes.
- Add lemon juice, ginger and mix it well.
- Garnish it with green chilies and your dish is ready to serve.
